He is Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Program Management Level III Certified and has significant expertise in leadership, business development, international relations, organizational development, program management, contract management and logistics. He was acquisition board selected for two PM positions: Project Manager for Close Combat Systems and Product Manager for Aviation Mission Equipment.  In addition to Jack Koster, Bob Hobart is an Acquisition Management Executive with Guidon Group Corporation. With thirty five years of leadership and management experience and a thirty year defense acquisition focus, he has links to executives with connections within the DoD, DHS and the federal community. He is a DAWIA Level III Certified Acquisition Professional (in both Program Management and System Engineering) and has significant expertise in leadership, business development, enterprise architecture, system engineering, acquisition strategy development, program management, contract management and logistics.
